Athlete One Parent Portal Start Guide To Registration

Step 1: If You Already Have A TGS Parent Account: Click this link to register your child https://app.athleteone.com/tryout-registration/7663. Login using your TGS credentials, once you are in, select your child.

Step 2: If You Have A TGS Staff Account: If you already have a TGS staff account (Team Admin, Head Coach, Assistant Coach or any Club Level Access) but want to create a parent account, you will login to your child’s TGS player account using this link https://public.totalglobalsports.com/auth/sign-in and link your email to his/her account (see step 4). This will automatically create you a parent account. Once this is done click this link to register your child https://app.athleteone.com/tryout-registration/7663.

Step 3: If You Don’t Have A TGS Parent Or Staff Account: Click on this link https://app.athleteone.com/tryout-registration/7663. Select “Create New Account” a fly-out window will open, fill out all required information. Once you click “Next” your account is created, the system will then ask you to login to your account that you just created.

IMPORTANT: A parent cannot share the same email as a player in the athlete one system. This is due to the connection with the player to colleges and how the messaging works. If your child is currently using your email address, we recommend that you log in to your player’s account and change their email address to their own personal email address or use an alternative email address for yourself. To log into your child's account please use this link https://public.totalglobalsports.com/auth/sign-in.

Step 4: Link your staff account to your child’s player account: Make sure you are logged into your child’s TGS player account https://public.totalglobalsports.com/auth/sign-in

• On the left-hand navigation menu select “My Profile”

• Click on “Family Info”

• Click “Add” in the upper right hand corner

• Enter in your email

• Click “Next”

• The system will automatically look to see if your staff account is in the system, once the system finds your email it will ask if you want to add this parent to this account.

Step 5: Register The Child/Player To A Program: Make sure you are logged into your athlete one parent account https://app.athleteone.com/tryout-registration/7663

• Select your child

• Select “Academy Fee With Uniform” or “Academy Fee Without Uniform”

• Select “Next” and complete the registration.
